Are there professional standards for the coaching industries?

Yes, there is a code of ethics, core competencies, accreditation processes and an International Coach Federation (industry association) that promotes the advancement of coaches. How do I get started in the coaching process?

When you are ready to begin the coaching process, please contact me via email at cindyjbiggs@gmail.com or through this website, or by phone at 330-465-9089, so we can further explore the details of the coaching relationship. Coaching can be done in person locally or better yet, over the phone.

What can I expect from you as my coach?

Together, we will develop a plan of action including what you expect from me as your coach and what I expect of you as my client.

What if I sign up for this and decide it isn't right for me? Do you have a money-back guarantee?

Yes, I call it my "participate and get your money back" guarantee. If within the first month of our relationship you honor the coaching agreement and participate fully in the coaching process, you can simply let me know that coaching is not working for you and I will refund 100% of your money; however, if you sign up but do not show up for your coaching sessions or schedule them, do not do the follow up work, then I will not refund your money.

How often do we have coaching sessions? Do we meet in person or over the phone?

Coaching with Cindy generally STARTS with a minimum of two coaching sessions per month, in person or by phone. Cindy will design a coaching package to best meet your needs and agenda, consisting of:

Depending upon your topic, or your experience with coaching, sessions can also be determined one at a time, on an "as needed" or regular basis. Many of Cindy's individual clients have coached with her for a number of years with varying degrees of regularity.

We work with clients both by phone and in-person in or near Northeast/North Central/Central Ohio. Some clients prefer coaching on the phone because it fits in their work day and does not involve any travel. There are additional charges for time and travel to meet in person.
