Professional and Personal Growth With Cindy J. Biggs

"My life purpose is to be a catalyst for empowerment. I have dedicated my entire life to helping people plan and choose how they think and view the world and their life. I continue to be awed and inspired by the transformation I have been able to witness with my coaching clients. I would urge anyone who "wants more" in their life, whether going through a transition, needing help being held accountable for meeting their goals, or moving forward in their life, to try a free sample session with me." - Cindy Biggs

Coaching is not just a buzzword, although clients who have received coaching do buzz about it. Coaching professionals as they explore careers is more than talk. It's about doing. With Cindy Biggs, coaching is about steering the professional client to achieve their objectives.

Cindy doesn't have the answers, her clients do. So, if the client already has the answers, what can coaching with Cindy do for you?

Cindy's work is grounded in the Co-Active Coaching model developed by Karen Kimsey-House, CEO and co-founder of The Coaches Training Institute. Co-active coaching is not about "fixing" people, it's about "supporting" them, helping them realize their potential and the path to their goals.

Here is a YouTube link to better understand this model:

Coaching involves committing to "meet" with Cindy in sessions that will help you identify your strengths, clarify your goals and make an action plan to maximize your potential. Sessions will help you SEE BIGG. She will be your encourager and that neutral observer that helps you see yourself more clearly. It's about you, how you want to be and what you are going to do to get there. She will hold you accountable to your dreams and goals and to the person you want to become.

The process is about finding fulfillment, balance, and process. It is a process of realizing your values and life purpose and realizing your own creativity and choices.

Coaching can generate energy for change, whether transitioning through a career change or realizing your full potential right where you are.
